You may wish to contact your local travel agent for a price quote or shop online to get the best airfare.
The city of destination is Lviv, (often spelled as LVOV), Ukraine (code LWO), Snilow Airport.
The most common routes that our clients take are:- LOT Polish Airline to Warsaw. Make a connection via LOT to Lviv (It is spelled LVOV by LOT). Their website is www.lot.com
Airfares fluctuate seasonally; they're higher in summer and lower in winter. It is advisable to reserve early to guarantee the fare, the travel dates and seating request. LOT does not offer flights on some dates and this matter needs to be coordinated in advance with the Clinic.

Direct flight to Kiev with a connection to Lviv.
- Lufthansa - www.lufthansa.com with a connection in Frankfurt (twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays)
If you are able to travel with a group, be sure to advise your travel agent for possible group discounts.
Please advise the us of your flight details so that we can make arrangements to meet you at the airport in Lviv and transport you to the Clinic.
Visas
A valid passport and visa are required for entry into the Ukraine.
We will email/fax an official letter of invitation that is required to apply for the visa.
The application can be downloaded from the Ukrainian Consulate's website: http://www.ukremb.com/consular/visas.html
The letter of invitation must be brought to the Embassy of Ukraine along with the completed application, the passport sized photo(s) and a money order as per the application.
